Dennis has extensive strategic innovation experience and a broad network of innovation leaders in the housing industry from the U.S. and around the world. He's a boundary spanner, a connector, and an investor in all things related to the built environment. Dennis is the president of the Housing Innovation Alliance, a future oriented community for production homebuilding. He leads business strategy, market engagement, and program development with reach across 2000+ companies. Navigating complex networks of transactional relationships and promoting broader investment in research and development, Dennis seeks out opportunities to connect the dots on transformational initiatives to achieve objectives together that we shouldn't, and likely couldn't, tackle alone. Dennis is a vice-chair of ULI's RNDC Blue flight, a ProBuilder 40 under 40 recipient, and a member of Geek Estate. Dennis and his wife are active participants in fundraising and event planning efforts for the Children's Free Care Fund. In his spare time, he enjoys big adventures with his wife and sons on the water and in the mountains.

Dejan Eskic is the director of research at Ivory Innovations and senior research fellow and scholar at the University of Utah's Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute. His professional career has focused on providing the best information to key decision-makers, whether they are local or state officials or executives of national development firms. He also serves as an adjunct professor of real estate market analysis at the University of Utah.
